Set up Discord as a Customer Messaging Channel on your website

Setup a Channel
- First, create a widget, then edit the widget
- Click on add channel to add the support assistant of your choice.
- Search & Select the channel of your choice from the channels popup
- Channel Title: Set the proper Channel Title. Default it's taken, Discord. This Title is descriptive text for visitors.
- Input your Discord Invite code
How to get your Discord Invite code
- First, Login your Discord account
- Navigate your discord server
- Click the edit button on the right of the channel.
- Navigate to 'Invites' and copy the Invite code if already generated. However, if there is no code generated yet, please click on the 'create one' button to generate the code.
- Then paste into the Discord Invite code field of your channels popup.
